Fulfillment Charges

We don’t want to boggle you down with pages and pages of line item charges, so we base our charges on a percentage. We charge a percentage of your weekly wholesale income as well as your retail income for our fulfillment fees. This fee covers fulfillment, storage, basic shipping materials, picking, packing and transfer to shipping company. Also covered: receiving, shelving.

Not included are any special packaging items such as custom boxes, tape, ribbon, stickers etc.

Shipping Charges

Will be billed at cost + 3% as reported by ShipStation.

Set up fee

Set up account in warehouse management system, establish dedicated pick-pack area in warehouse, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order release, packaging, deliver notification, etc… Set up methodology to split order file for multiple point fulfillment. $35 per hour per person.

Kitting

Kitting and warehouse labor is charged at standard hourly rate. If applicable, Fulfillment Center will also do a time study on each kitting run and quote out a per piece rate based on our standard labor rate. Time study is triggered by the client. Multiple sample order projects will also fall under this. $35 per hour per person.

Storage Fee

The Storage fee is a set monthly charge that will be determined after we receive more information on your company and the amount of space needed.

Hard Inventory Count

Any and every time a hard count is requested by customer this fee will be incurred. $35 per hour

SKU Fee

One-time fee for adding new SKUs and setting up in our warehouse (after the first-onboarding) will be counted monthly. $25 per new sku

Additional Terms

Billing will be done on the 1st and 16th of each month. Bills will be due upon receipt, via wire transfer, ACH, or electronic check. Credit Card payments will be assessed and additional 4% processing fee.
